Ancestral Research was founded by Jacqueline Hunter in August 2012. She is qualified in family history, old handwriting and heraldry to Postgraduate Certificate level. With fifteen years of research experience of in Scotland she has particularly knowledge of the records of Fife, Morayshire, Banffshire, Caithness, Aberdeen, Inverness, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

My Ain Folk
Kirsty F. Wilkinson has a Postgraduate Diploma in Genealogical Studies from the University of Strathclyde and is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists. Based in Edinburgh she has been working professionally at the major repositories there since 2006. Her palaeography skills enable her to carry out research into pre-1700 records. Kirsty is also able to visit local studies centres across Scotland.
